Hon. Scott M. Gordon (Ret.) is a retired Judge of the Los Angeles Superior Court with extensive experience in complex family law and international child abduction matters. Since 2019, he has served with Signature Resolution as a Neutral and Judge Pro Tempore, handling high-conflict and international family law disputes through mediation and adjudication.

Judge Gordon served for 17 years on the Los Angeles Superior Court and is one of only three International Hague Network Judges for the United States. In this capacity, he has worked extensively on cross-border family law matters, including cases arising under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.

Recognised for his expertise in international family law, Judge Gordon continues to play a significant role in resolving complex international disputes and fostering judicial cooperation across jurisdictions.
