Merlyn Hernandez is a Certified Family Law Specialist who also practises immigration law. Her practice includes advising and representing clients in pre- and post-marital agreements with an international focus, particularly acting for Spanish-speaking clients in cross-border matters. She is regularly appointed as Minor’s Counsel in child custody and Hague Convention cases.

Merlyn is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (California and Rome Chapters) and the Los Angeles County Bar Association Family Law Section. She also serves as Vice President of the California Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).

Merlyn has delivered presentations in both Dublin and the United States on immigration and family law matters.
